Privacy policy

no.one is not open yet. This is what we keep when you visit and when you join the waiting list, why, and how to have it removed. In short: your email and your company's website, to hold your place and tell you when it is ready. Nothing is sold, nothing is used for advertising, and you can have it deleted at any time.

Who we are

no.one is made by No One Labs, Inc. (“we”, “us”). We decide how the information on this page is used. Write to hello@no.one about anything here.

What we collect

When you join the waiting list:

  • your email address, and whether it is a work or a personal address, which we tell from its domain
  • your company's website or, if you have none, the social profile you give us and the platform it is on
  • the words the form showed you and when you joined
  • the country your connection comes from, as our network provider reports it. We never ask for or work out where you are more precisely than that
  • the page that sent you here, without any search terms, and the campaign tags in your link, if it had any

When you visit:

  • Cloudflare Web Analytics counts visits, the pages viewed, the site that referred you, your country, your type of device and how quickly the page loaded. It uses no cookies and does not follow you across other sites
  • your IP address is used briefly to limit repeated sign-ups, and passed to Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that you are a person. It is not kept with your sign-up

Why we collect it

  • to hold your place, and to email you about it: when no.one is ready for you
  • to know which companies are waiting, so we can open no.one to them in a sensible order
  • to keep the list free of bots and abuse
  • to understand, in total, how people find this site

We do not sell your information, use it for advertising, or add you to any other list. We email you about your place because you asked us to. Everything else here is what it takes to run a safe site that works.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no advertising or tracking tools. When you send the form, Cloudflare may set a short-lived cookie that is strictly needed to tell people from bots.

How we store and protect it

Your sign-up is kept in our database, run by Supabase on Amazon Web Services in the United States. It is encrypted on its way to us and where it is stored. Only no.one staff can see the waiting list, and every export and every removal is recorded.

Who we share it with

Only the companies that run this site for us, and only for that:

  • Vercel, which hosts this page
  • Cloudflare, our network, security check (Turnstile) and visit counts
  • Railway, which runs the server that receives your sign-up
  • Supabase, our database
  • Sentry, which reports our errors, if one happens while you sign up
  • an email delivery service, when we write to you

Some of them work in the United States and other countries, under their own data protection terms with us. We share information beyond them only when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your sign-up for as long as the waiting list runs, unless you ask us to delete it sooner. Visit counts are kept only as totals. If you ask us to delete your information, we do so within 30 days.

Your rights and choices

You can ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted: write to hello@no.one from the address you signed up with. Deleting removes your sign-up and everything we hold that names you; we keep only a note that a removal took place, without your address. We answer within 30 days.

Every email we send has a link to stop any more. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights, for example under the GDPR or California law, and you can complain to your data protection authority.

Children

no.one is made for businesses. The waiting list is not for anyone under 16, and we delete a sign-up we learn came from one.

Changes to this policy

When this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. If a change affects what you have already given us, we email you before it takes effect.
