This agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and No One Labs, LLC, a Delaware company (“we”, “us”) about the no.one website and the no.one app. By creating an account or using no.one, you agree to them. If you use no.one for a company, you agree for that company too, and confirm you may. How we handle information is in our privacy policy.

Who may use no.one

no.one is made for businesses and the people who work in them. You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, and not barred from using it by law.

Your account and your workspace

Keep your sign-in to yourself and tell us at hello@no.one if you think someone else has used it. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Give us accurate details, and keep them up to date.

A workspace belongs to the company or person who made it. Its owners decide who joins, what each member may do, and what happens to the work in it. When you leave a workspace, the work you made there stays with it.

Your content

What you bring to no.one and what you make in it is yours. You give us permission to store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run no.one for you and the people you share it with, including sending it to the AI companies named in our privacy policy to do the work you ask for. This permission ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.

You confirm that you have the right to use what you upload, and that using it in no.one does not break anyone else's rights.

What the AI makes

As far as we are able, what no.one makes for you is yours to use. AI can be wrong, can leave things out, and can produce something that resembles existing work. Check anything that matters, especially facts, figures, legal or medical statements, and other people's names, logos and pictures, before you rely on it or publish it. You are responsible for how you use what it makes.

Using no.one fairly

Do not use no.one to:

  • break the law, or help anyone else break it
  • infringe anyone's copyright, trade marks, privacy or other rights
  • harass, threaten, deceive or impersonate anyone
  • make content that sexualises children, or that promotes violence or hatred
  • send spam, or email people who have not agreed to hear from you
  • attack, overload or probe no.one, get around its limits or security, or reach information that is not yours
  • copy no.one, or use it or its output to build a competing product or AI model

We may remove content or limit an account that breaks these rules, and we tell you why unless the law or safety prevents it.

Apps you connect

When you connect another app or service to no.one, your use of it stays under that service's own terms. We bring in only what you ask for, and we are not responsible for how those services work.

Price and credits

no.one is in early access and we do not charge for it today. Some features use credits, which set how much of them you can use; credits have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. Before anything costs money, we will show you the price and ask you to agree to it, and these terms will say how paying works.

Changes and availability

no.one is new and changes often. We may add, change or remove features, and it may sometimes be unavailable. We tell you before a change that takes away something you rely on, when we can.

Leaving, and when we end an account

You can stop using no.one at any time, and download your information and delete your account in Settings, then Account. We may suspend or end an account that breaks these terms or puts no.one or other people at risk; unless that risk prevents it, we tell you first and give you the chance to take your work with you.

What we promise, and what we do not

We work hard to keep no.one safe, available and correct, but we provide it “as is”, without any promise beyond what the law requires, including that it will always be available or free of errors.

As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits, revenue or data, and our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the greater of what you paid us in the 12 months before it and 100 US dollars. Nothing here limits responsibility that cannot be limited by law.

The law that applies

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its rules on conflicts of law. Any dispute goes to the state or federal courts in Delaware, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring it where you are.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. If a change matters to you, we tell you before it takes effect; using no.one after that means you accept it.
